My Mother was recently admitted through ER with shortness of breath and persistent cough, the admission process was very quick, she was admitted on the second floor. She had the most excellent and professional care from all the staff that treated her during the time she was there. The doctors and nurses were all very involved in her care , they were attentive ,compassionate and caring towards her and me at the same time, They informed me of every step and intervention and answered all af my questions. The food was surprisingly good. The even provided me with extra blankets and a pillow for my comfort during the night. Nobody wants to be in a hospital for obvious reasons. But if in any other moment that will be necessary, without doubt, Hialeah Hospital will be my First choice.💖

My father had surgery here on Thursday and I am truly grateful for the care he received. The doctors and especially the nurses were exceptional – attentive, professional, and compassionate throughout his stay. I also want to thank the representative from Leon who came by to check on my dad, which meant a lot to us. We appreciate the excellent care and support from everyone at Hialeah Hospital.

My mother recently spent three days at the hospital in room 232A, and her experience was excellent. The doctors and staff were professional, attentive, and thorough, ensuring she received the best possible care. The hospital was clean and well maintained, which gave our family peace of mind. I would especially like to recognize Nurse Rosemary, who showed outstanding dedication. She cared for my mother with great attention, even during the night shift, and her compassion made a meaningful difference in her recovery.

I had my brother rushed by paramedics to this hospital, he was intubated and taken to ICU unfortunately he passed away after 11 days because he had a very serious deceased, but I have to comment that the attention that he received was second to none, every single nurse that was on shift for those 11 days were amazing, the way we were treated was unbelievable, the doctors were there everyday they took the time to talk to us and answer every question we had, in this field doctors and nurses tend to forget how to be human but in this hospital they are more than human they have a heart. Congratulations to the upper management because what you have done in this hospital is unheard off.

I cannot even begin to express the gratitude my family and I feel for the incredible ICU nurses who cared for my father in law during the most difficult time of our lives. Marie, Gretel, Jenssen, Raul, Wilmer, Patricia, Kassandra, and Taumara, Marioly you are truly angels on earth. From the moment we walked into the ICU, you treated my father in law with dignity, compassion, and genuine love. You didn’t just care for him medically — you cared for him as a human being. Every medication given, every adjustment made, every explanation offered to us was done with patience and kindness. You took the time to comfort him, to reassure us, and to make sure he was never alone. In moments when we felt overwhelmed, scared, and helpless, you were our strength. Your calm voices, your gentle touch, and your constant attentiveness meant more than words can describe. You answered every question with empathy, never making us feel like a burden. You showed compassion not only to my dad, but to our entire family. ICU nursing is not just a job — it is a calling. And each of you lives that calling with excellence and heart. The level of teamwork, professionalism, and dedication we witnessed was extraordinary. Thank you for the long hours, the emotional strength, the expertise, and the love you pour into your patients every single day. My father in law is blessed to have you by his side, and so were we.
